Terry Kidder, 75, of Pentwater, Michigan, passed away on October 16, 2025. Born in Battle Creek in 1950, he was the eldest of four children. A lifelong outdoorsman and football player, Terry began his career as an apprentice with Ironworkers Local 340 at age 17. He married Sarah Jane in 1968, and together they raised three children. In 1987, Terry pursued his passion for breeding Percheron Draft Horses, establishing Walnut Ridge Farm and becoming a beloved figure at the Oceana County Fair as superintendent of the Draft Horse barn.

Terry is survived by his wife Jane, two children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Travis, and grandson Bryen. In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held, and memorial contributions are requested for the Crystal Valley Care fund. Terry is remembered as a man of great character and dedication to his family and community.
