Teagasc Equine Specialists are offering a comprehensive Breeding and Reproduction Course this November, designed for sport horse and pony breeders aged 18 and over. The course, costing €200, combines three online Zoom sessions on reproductive physiology and mare care with an in-person workshop on December 4 in Co. Kildare, featuring veterinary insights and practical on-farm husbandry.

Aimed at both new and experienced breeders, the blended learning format covers breeding program fundamentals, reproductive anatomy, subfertility, and husbandry practices. Participants will also benefit from expert knowledge and networking opportunities, with registration open to secure places.
