Oriental Consultants Global conducted a “Safety Measures Practical Training” on December 10th and 11th, 2024, at its headquarters to enhance safety measures for employees. The Security Management Office, established under the direct supervision of the President and CEO, aims to address risks like terrorism, natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, and criminal activities. The training was led by Mr. Yasuhiro Shimonuri, General Manager of the Security Management Office and a former senior officer of Japan’s Self-Defense Force, with nine employees participating in practical exercises.
The training included response protocols for robberies and gunfire encounters, live demonstrations, hands-on training for knife attack defense, and practical applications of hemostasis techniques. Employees were trained in patient transport and related procedures to acquire knowledge and experience for self-protection. The goal of the training was to strengthen safety measures and ensure the safety of lives and property of employees at Oriental Consultants Global.
