Shana Melane Letsche, 44, of Florence and formerly of Hartford, passed away on March 26, 2026. Born on October 16, 1981, to Loren and Marsha Letsche, she was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church and graduated from Parker High School in 2000. Raised on a farm, Shana had a deep passion for horses, excelling in 4-H Rodeos and spending much of her life riding and caring for horses like Duke, Acero, Koepplyn, and Brinley. She also enjoyed photography, cars, and drag racing, frequently participating at Thunder Valley Dragway both as a photographer and racer.

Shana is survived by her parents, sister Stacy, niece Shayne, aunt Cheryl, and special friend Ryan Thorson. She was preceded in death by her brother Shane and her grandparents. Her funeral service will be held on March 31, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in rural Hartford, with visitation beginning an hour earlier. Shana’s love for horses, photography, and nature, along with her vibrant spirit, will be deeply missed by family and friends.
