Sean Michael Spengler, born June 16, 1971, passed away peacefully in his sleep from a massive heart attack on June 29, 2025, while visiting his mother in Florida. Originally from Allentown, PA, Sean later made North Carolina his home. He is survived by his parents, son, extended family, and beloved pets. Sean enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing, riding four-wheelers, and driving his new pickup truck.

Sean’s true passion was his work at Mountainview Horse Rescue, where he was the heart and soul of the organization. Known for his compassion and dedication, he played a crucial role in rescuing and rehabilitating countless animals, becoming the backbone of the rescue team. His loss leaves a profound void in the animal rescue community and among those who knew him. Graveside services will be held on September 15, 2025, in Allentown, PA, with a celebration of life to follow. Donations in his memory can be made to Mountainview Horse Rescue.
