Their September wedding was inspired by the Virginia hunt country and equestrian lifestyle of Middleburg, featuring a ceremony beneath a 400-year-old tulip poplar tree, classical music, and an English garden-themed design with farm-to-table cuisine and nature-inspired decor.

For their honeymoon, the couple traveled to the Greek islands of Crete and Naxos, where they immersed themselves in local culture by learning to cook traditional family recipes using an outdoor wood-fired oven.
