Rocky Mountain Equestrian Ranch Near Eagle, Colorado, Returns to Auction at $9.875 Million

A 122-acre equestrian ranch near Eagle, Colorado, listed at $9.875 million, is returning to auction for the second time in two years, with bids accepted through January 23. The property, which includes a main lodge-style house, a cabin, and a 45,000-square-foot equestrian center, was previously sold in September 2024 for $5.936 million after an initial $15 million listing. The ranch can be purchased as a whole or in three separate parcels, with prices ranging from $1.87 million for the cabin to $6.8 million for the main house.

The ranch, located about 40 minutes from major ski resorts and bordered by national forest and protected lands, offers extensive outdoor recreational opportunities including mountain biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing. The equestrian center features stalls for 26 horses and commercial space, while the surrounding land supports a large elk herd and access to over 300 miles of trails. The property has deep ties to the Brasington family, who developed it into a premier equestrian facility before the recent sale and upcoming auction.
