Tiger Lily, a young pony found in a severely neglected and underweight condition on a site in Kent, is now thriving at World Horse Welfare’s Hall Farm Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Snetterton. Rescued alongside three other ponies, Tiger Lily was initially terrified and in poor health, but after weeks of expert veterinary care and compassionate attention, she and her companions have made remarkable progress. Their improved body condition and spirited behavior reflect the success of the dedicated care they have received.
The ponies were discovered in freezing conditions, with Tiger Lily confined alone in a filthy metal pen. Thanks to the intervention of the charity, RSPCA, police, and vets, they were rescued and brought to the centre where they have begun enjoying time in the field and showing signs of recovery. The Hall Farm team continues to support their rehabilitation, with staff expressing joy at seeing the ponies flourish and regain their vitality after such a traumatic start.
