Beverly J. Klass, 82, passed away on February 19, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born on June 2, 1942, in Canton, and graduated from France Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Beverly worked as a dermatology and Mohs surgery nurse for 26 1/2 years at Warren Dermatology and Allergy before retiring.
She was an active member of Central Christian Church, past president of the Women’s Panhellenic Association and Weeds to Roses garden club. Beverly enjoyed activities such as playing bridge, swimming, reading, golfing, gardening, bird watching, and going on day trips with friends. She loved vacationing in Cape Cod and the Outer Banks, especially to see the wild Spanish Mustangs in Corolla, North Carolina.
Beverly is survived by her two daughters, one son, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a brother, a cousin, and several nieces and nephews. She was a horse and dog lover, sponsoring a rescued horse named Brio and being a member of Northeast Ohio Shetland Sheepdog Rescues. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Northeast Ohio Shetland Sheepdog Rescues, the Corolla Wild Horse Fund, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
