Relaxed Leadership GmbH, founded by Heidrun Weiss, has launched the WINARO® trust-based leadership program alongside Weiss’s new book, “Führen mit der Kraft des Vertrauens” (Leading with the Power of Trust), published by Springer Verlag in May 2025. The WINARO® methodology uniquely adapts principles from nonviolent horse training to human leadership, emphasizing rapid trust-building and peak performance without traditional control tactics. Weiss, drawing on her experience as a problem horse trainer and certified Monty Roberts instructor, developed this eight-principle approach to address common leadership challenges such as employee mistrust, motivation loss, and team cohesion across various sectors.
The program and book have seen strong early success, with thousands of copies sold and applications in corporate and educational settings, including collaborations with Swisscom and research at the University of Zurich. Relaxed Leadership GmbH aims to expand its presence in German-speaking countries and offers keynote presentations to promote its trust-based leadership philosophy.
