Relaxed Leadership GmbH, founded by Heidrun Weiss, has launched the WINARO® Leadership Program and her book “Führen mit der Kraft des Vertrauens” (Leading with the Power of Trust) in May 2025. The program introduces an innovative eight-principle methodology that adapts techniques from nonviolent horse training to human leadership, focusing on building trust rapidly and achieving peak performance without traditional control-based approaches. Weiss developed this concept from her experience training difficult horses and has successfully applied it in corporate and educational settings, including collaborations with Swisscom and the University of Zurich.

The WINARO® program addresses common leadership challenges such as employee mistrust, motivation loss, and team cohesion, and is set to expand across German-speaking countries within the next year. Weiss, a certified Monty Roberts instructor and professional coach, also offers a keynote titled “When Leadership Becomes Silent: The Mustang Power That Moves People” for corporate and educational events. The methodology emphasizes authentic leadership, clear communication, and trust-building, aiming to transform collaboration across diverse environments.
