Queen Camilla’s Equestrian Style Pays Tribute to Her Love of Horses

Queen Camilla, though no longer riding horses herself, continues to express her enduring passion for equestrianism through her fashion choices. During a recent visit to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in London, she wore knee-high black suede Russell & Bromley ‘dressage’ boots, subtly nodding to her former love of horse riding. Like Princess Anne and Queen Elizabeth II before her, Camilla remains a devoted fan of horse racing, frequently attending events such as Royal Ascot.

Despite stating in April 2023 that she is “too old” to ride, Camilla’s equestrian spirit remains evident in her style and public appearances. Beyond her tribute to horses, she has also used her wardrobe to honor wartime heroes, show appreciation during state visits, and celebrate her grandchildren, demonstrating how her fashion choices often carry deeper personal and symbolic meanings.
