The Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) is continuing registration for its annual Future Riders Summer Programme, running from July 1 to August 31 at the Federation’s headquarters. Open to children aged 4 to 17 and women of all ages, the program offers two morning training sessions per week focused on horseback riding fundamentals, balance and flexibility exercises, and workshops on horse care and equine behavior. Additionally, participants engage in creative activities like drawing, photography, and story writing, enriching the overall experience.
Designed to foster community participation and promote equestrianism, the program provides a safe and supportive environment for learning under experienced trainers. Abdullah Al Marri, QEF’s Director of Equestrian Teams, highlighted the initiative’s goal to cultivate a lifelong passion for this heritage sport among youth. Registration requires visiting the Future Knights School headquarters with necessary documents including a medical check-up, ID, and registration fee payment.
