Norwalk Man Shot and Killed After Fight at South Gate Equestrian Center

A Norwalk man, Juan Toro, 45, was shot and killed early Saturday morning at an equestrian center in South Gate following a fight that broke out during a party in the stable area. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on January 3, and Toro died at the scene from gunshot wounds. Most attendees fled before police arrived, and authorities currently have no information on what sparked the altercation or descriptions of the suspect(s).
