The Northern Nevada Cattle Works Association held a cutting-horse practice session at the Fifty Horse Ranch in Fallon on February 15. Riders completed 38 works, using cattle provided by Martin Bunyard to facilitate the event.

This practice allowed both experienced competitors and beginners to improve their cutting skills, a discipline focused on separating a cow from the herd, enhancing the partnership between horse and rider.
