Nominations for the 2026 Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin, close at 5pm on Friday, February 13. The awards, which recognize the dedication and skills of individuals in the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry, offer €60,000 in prize money across 10 categories, including new additions such as the Administration Award and Ancillary Services Award. The nomination process has been simplified this year, with nominators contacted by Clark People Solutions to complete nominee profiles by phone.
Supported by key industry organizations, the awards ceremony will be held on June 2 at the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge, County Kildare. Winners of the various categories become eligible for the Irish Racing Excellence Award, with the Racecourse Award also announced on the night.
