The National Equestrian Championship (Children II and Junior) showcased strong performances by young equestrian talents from across India, including Taarini Lodha, Vritika Gambhir, and Jahnvi Raheja from ARC. The Championship provided a platform for these riders to compete in events like dressage and show jumping, encouraging and supporting the country’s future equestrian stars.
In the Children II dressage Team event, Taarini secured a Silver Medal, while Vritika Gambhir and Jahnvi Raheja also delivered impressive performances in the Show Jumping Team event. These young riders are setting new standards for equestrian sports in India with their dedication, passion, and achievements at the Championship.
Training at the world-class facilities of the Amateur Riders’ Club (ARC) at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, these young riders benefit from the mentorship of top athletes like Hriday Chheda and Yashaan Khambatta. After their wins, Taarini expressed gratitude for the support she received and looks forward to future challenges, while Jahnvi reflected on her growth and progress with her horse Lambiek. President of ARC, Milan Luthria, commended the riders, coaches, parents, and grooms for their dedication and consistency in competitions throughout the year.
