Morven Park Hosts Inaugural US Equestrian Open Eventing Final Oct. 9-12

The Morven Park US Equestrian Open of Eventing Final will be held from October 9-12 at the historic Morven Park grounds in Leesburg, featuring four days of world-class competition in dressage, show jumping, and cross country. The event is the culmination of a series of 20 qualifying competitions nationwide, with over $200,000 in prize money awarded at the final and $50,000 distributed during the qualifying period. The schedule includes dressage on October 9-10, show jumping and cross country on October 11, and horse inspection, cross country, and final show jumping with awards on October 12.

This inaugural event celebrates the strength of equine partnerships and continues Morven Park’s 50-year legacy in eventing. It will be broadcast on ESPN 3 and the USEF Network, with free spectator passes available. Organizers and US Equestrian officials expressed excitement about hosting top athletes and the drama generated throughout the qualifying series, highlighting Morven Park as an iconic venue for equestrian sport.
