National 4-H Week, celebrated October 5-11, highlighted the Mission Soaring Eagles 4-H club members sharing why they enjoy being part of 4-H. Members expressed appreciation for the diverse learning opportunities, including projects like sewing, shooting sports, animal care, art, robotics, and baking. They also valued the social aspects, such as making new friends, going on trips, and participating in community activities.
4-H serves youth ages 5 to 18 as a longstanding, quality organization offering a wide range of projects from animals to leadership and crafts. The program emphasizes skill-building, confidence, and community involvement.
