Mattie Gustin of the Texas A&M equestrian team was named SEC Reining Rider of the Month for February, highlighted by her outstanding performances in two contests. She earned Most Outstanding Performer honors against then-No. 2 Georgia with a score of 71.75 on JJ, marking her second MOP award of the season and seventh of her career. Gustin also secured the meet-winning point in Reining against then-No. 3 SMU with a 71.75 ride on Tank, defeating her opponent by 0.75 points without penalties.
