The Maryland Horse Breeders Association (MHBA) is proactively seeking a new Executive Director to succeed Cricket Goodall, who plans to retire in 2027. The MHBA, a leading advocate for Maryland’s Thoroughbred breeding and racing industry since 1929, is looking for a seasoned leader to oversee its operations, including affiliated entities like the Jim McKay Maryland Million and the Maryland Horse Foundation. The Executive Director will provide strategic, financial, and advocacy leadership, manage staff, and administer the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.
