Martha Stewart has revealed her unique end-of-life plan during an appearance on the “50+ & Unfiltered” podcast, stating that she intends to be composted through a process called terramation. She described how when one of her horses dies, it is buried in a deep grave on her 150-acre farm in Katonah, New York, in a pet cemetery she maintains, and expressed her desire to be laid to rest there as well. Stewart dismissed traditional burial methods, emphasizing that she prefers an environmentally friendly alternative that transforms human remains into nutrient-rich soil.
In addition to discussing her end-of-life wishes, Stewart shared that she has never had plastic surgery but hasn’t ruled it out entirely, attributing her appearance to disciplined self-care. She also mentioned she would never pose nude, humorously stating she doesn’t feel she looks good enough. These candid insights reflect Stewart’s practical and personal approach to aging and legacy.
