Bollywood singer Lucky Ali, known for hits like “O Sanam” and “Safarnama,” reflected on his early struggles before finding success in music. Raised on a farm with a background in animal husbandry and horse breeding, he felt directionless and unable to hold a job. Although his father, actor Mehmood Ali, encouraged him to pursue acting, Lucky Ali found it uncomfortable and ultimately chose to dedicate himself to music as his true calling.
Ahead of his upcoming India tour “Re: Sound,” Lucky Ali also expressed skepticism about the use of AI in recreating veteran singers’ voices, emphasizing that AI lacks the “soul of the artist” and can only produce soulless copies. His tour will begin on November 2 in Delhi and continue through major cities including Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
