Senior Lauren Hall, a marketing major from Sammamish, Washington, has had a remarkable journey with the Auburn equestrian team, building on a lifelong passion for horseback riding that began at age seven. Before Auburn, she earned multiple APHA national and world championships, and her decision to join Auburn was influenced by the welcoming community and college town atmosphere she experienced during early visits. At Auburn, Hall has grown from an individual competitor into a team-focused athlete, valuing the support from coaches, teammates, and her longtime mentor Kip Larson, which has helped her push beyond her limits.
Throughout her collegiate career, Hall has cherished winning back-to-back SEC Championships and the strong bonds formed with her teammates, emphasizing the unity and close-knit nature of the current team as key to their success heading into nationals. She also highlights Auburn’s deep-rooted traditions, the enthusiastic fan support at home meets, and the lifelong memories made, expressing profound gratitude and pride for her time in the “Loveliest Village on the Plains.”
