The Kuwait Purebred Arabian Horse Beauty Festival concluded after five days of intense competition at the Arabian Horse Center “Bait Al Arab,” featuring 430 horses across the Open Strain and Egyptian Strain Championships. The event showcased top studs competing for medals in various categories, including fillies, colts, mares, and stallions, under the supervision of the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisations (ECAHO).
Festival Director General Thiyab Al-Khamees highlighted the rigorous judging criteria focused on Arabian type, head and neck, body, legs, and movement. He emphasized the festival’s role in supporting Kuwaiti breeders, particularly local production championships, and praised the enduring passion and mentorship within the horse breeding community despite financial challenges.
