Founded in 2014 and led by principal Ted Cummings, the agency specializes in serving agricultural and equestrian clients. Notably, this Cummings agency is independent and not affiliated with similarly named agencies in Alabama, Florida, or Pennsylvania.

This acquisition is part of King Risk Partners’ ongoing expansion strategy through acquisitions, following their recent purchase of Nobles Insurance Agency in North Carolina earlier this summer. The move strengthens King Risk’s presence in the southeastern insurance market.
