Kathy Galyean, 76, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away on December 24, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Bolivar, Missouri, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who shared a 47-year marriage with her late husband Kenneth, with whom she built a successful ranch and cutting horse legacy. Kathy was a respected horsewoman and Realtor, known for her achievements in both fields as well as her homemade rolls and blackberry cobbler. She cherished family, enjoyed attending ball games, and followed horse shows online, leaving behind a legacy of love, wit, intelligence, and faith.

She is survived by her children Shannon, Gil, Jody, and Debbie, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation and funeral services will be held on January 3, 2026, at Bella Vista Funeral Home in Arkansas, with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The family requests donations to Circle of Life Hospice in her honor in lieu of flowers.
