Kansas youth are enjoying their summer break with a special opportunity to attend a two-day horsemanship clinic hosted by the Neosho County 4-H chapter and local horseman Ben Eike. The event, held on June 2nd and 3rd at the county fairgrounds, was designed for participants aged 15 and under.
Ben Eike emphasized that the clinic’s purpose extends beyond horsemanship skills, aiming to foster personal growth in the youth. He highlighted that by focusing on developing the heart, head, hands, and health of the young participants, their connection and success with horses naturally improve.
