Reinbow Riding Center, a therapeutic horsemanship nonprofit in Belmont, Vermont, has appointed Julia Adams as its new full-time instructor and program director. An eighth-generation Vermonter with extensive experience in equine education and competition, Adams brings over a decade of expertise as a 4-H leader, horse show judge, and professional rider. She aims to enhance the center’s mission of providing customized therapeutic equine experiences to individuals with diverse physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
Established in 2008, Reinbow Riding Center offers both mounted and unmounted programs regardless of participants’ ability to pay and recently received the highest Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid. The organization encourages community support through donations, volunteering, and social media engagement to continue its work improving wellbeing through horsemanship.
