Isabell Werth, the most decorated equestrian in history and currently ranked No. 2 in the world in dressage, will compete in the CDI-W FEI World Cup Qualifier during Week 7 of the Adequan Global dressage Festival (AGDF) at Wellington International from February 18-22.
