Complaints include improper vaccination storage, questionable transport practices, production of numerous vaccination cards, and concerns over undisclosed health issues and medical record accuracy. Despite the investigation, no animals have been removed, and the rescue continues operating.

Many Tears Animal Rescue defended its practices, emphasizing the care provided to animals and explaining that it rescues dogs from large breeding establishments, including some in Ireland, to offer them homes. The charity stated its vehicles are licensed and puppies are transported separately from adults. They are cooperating fully with authorities, who are reviewing paperwork and records as part of the ongoing investigation.
