The International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annayev and the Qatar Equestrian Federation signed a Memorandum of Understanding during a visit by the Academy’s rector and delegation to Qatar from January 29-31. The ceremony was attended by key figures including Bader Mohammed Al Darwish, President of the Qatar Equestrian Federation, and Pygy Hojamuhammedov, Rector of the Academy.

This agreement marks a significant advancement in Turkmen-Qatari relations, enhancing cooperation in science, education, innovation, and equestrian sports. It aims to facilitate experience exchange, personnel training, and the development of equestrian sports, thereby strengthening the partnership and friendly ties between the two countries.
