Indonesia Wins Silver in Team Dressage at 2025 Southeast Asian Games

Indonesia’s equestrian team secured a silver medal in the team dressage event at the 2025 Southeast Asian Games held at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club in Pattaya, Thailand. The team, consisting of four riders, achieved a combined score of 207.206 points, narrowly trailing host nation Thailand, which won gold with 207.353 points. Karen Leticia Herjawan led the Indonesian riders with a score of 69.353 points, placing third individually after the first preliminary round. This silver marked Indonesia’s third equestrian medal at the Games, adding to earlier successes in eventing.

The SEA Games equestrian competitions continue with Indonesia’s dressage riders preparing for the second preliminary round and the final, aiming to increase their medal haul. Indonesia’s overall contingent at the Games includes 1,021 athletes competing in 49 sports, with the nation ranked second in the provisional medal standings as of December 14, having won a total of 112 medals (32 gold, 44 silver, and 36 bronze).
