Horse Racing Alberta (HRA) has unveiled its 2026-2028 Business Plan, presenting a strategic roadmap aimed at strengthening, modernizing, and growing Alberta’s horse racing and breeding industry over the next three years. The plan focuses on four key areas: enhancing equine welfare and participant safety, modernizing regulatory frameworks, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring long-term economic stability for the industry.

HRA Chairperson Diana McQueen emphasized the organization’s commitment to collaboration with industry stakeholders while upholding strong governance and transparency for Albertans.
