In Ladispoli, an inter-forces helicopter exercise flying at very low altitudes caused significant disturbances, including frightening horses at the Fioravanti Horse Farm. One Dutch horse escaped its paddock in panic, galloping several kilometers and sustaining grazes that will prevent it from competing in upcoming events. This incident followed a serious injury to a kite-surfer caused by the air vortex from one of the helicopters.

The military helicopters, operating from Furbara airport near Torre Flavia, have been criticized for their careless low-altitude flights. Despite the accidents, none of the aircraft showed any awareness or response to the incidents, raising concerns about the safety and impact of these exercises on the local community and animals.
