Firefighters in Berkshire rescued a miniature horse that had fallen into a swimming pool at a property on Dunt Avenue in Hurst. The black and white cob was stranded in the water on Tuesday afternoon.
The rescue team, including an animal rescue specialist, used a pump to drain the pool and created steps with hay bales to help the horse climb out. After approximately two hours, the horse was safely guided out of the pool.
