Wellington International is hosting a free “Family Night” event this Saturday as part of the 13-week Winter Equestrian Festival, an important training venue for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Families can enjoy watching top-ranked riders compete in show jumping and dressage, including the $50,000 Palm Beach Equine Clinic Grand Prix starting at 7 p.m., with gates opening at 6 p.m. New food vendors and retailers will also be available throughout the grounds.
The festival significantly impacts the local economy, generating $536 million for Palm Beach County. Attendees can take advantage of free parking at the nearby Equestrian Village, while parking at Wellington International costs $25 per car. Lenore Brown, Director of Sponsorship and Retail Sales, highlights the unique aspect of equestrian sports where men and women compete equally regardless of age.
