The Ocala/Marion County Visitor and Convention Bureau highlighted the economic impact of equines in the county, contributing significantly to the GDP and job market. The panel also discussed the importance of the Horse Capital of the World® brand in promoting tourism in the region, with programs and events aimed at engaging visitors with horses and the equine community.
