Exciting changes are happening in Great Falls, Montana, with new businesses opening and renovations taking place. The former Loading Zone, Playground Lounge, and Buffalo Saloon building site is being cleared for a new tire shop, while the Children’s Museum of Montana is temporarily closed as it searches for a new location. Honey Hippo Play Cafe has opened a new coffee shop, and Brit’s Bridle & Brush is offering mobile grooming and riding services for horses.
We Haul Montana is expanding its services to include power raking and power washing, and contracts have been awarded for repairs at Malmstrom Air Force Base. Western Art Week is currently underway in Great Falls, showcasing over 14 shows featuring various art forms. Central Avenue is closed for construction, and registration is open for the 45th Annual Ice Breaker Road Race on April 27.
Upcoming events in Great Falls include a basketball showcase between CMR and Malmstrom Air Force Base, a Tooth Fairy event at the library, and the Friends of the Library annual book sale in May. Donations for the book sale can be made every Saturday at the Great Falls Public Library.
