Eventing consists of three main phases that test different skills of horse and rider. The first phase, dressage, requires the horse to perform specific movements demonstrating training, obedience, and calmness under the rider.
The second phase, Cross Country, is the most demanding, involving a long course with various obstacles that challenge endurance and agility. The final phase, Show Jumping, takes place in an arena where horse and rider must jump a series of fences, testing their precision and ability to clear jumps cleanly.
