At the 2025 Westfalian Summer Auction held on June 15, Escaluna emerged as the highest-priced horse, selling for 53,000 euros. Out of 33 riding horses offered, 28 were sold with an average price of 17,893 euros. Most of the horses were dressage-bred, with only three sold internationally. Escaluna, a 5-year-old bred by Heiner Böckmann and previously owned by Sarah Bentrup, was purchased by a German bidder.
Other notable sales included Fräulein Meier, the second most expensive dressage horse, which sold for 25,000 euros and will remain in Germany. Baroness was sold to an American buyer for 23,500 euros, while Délysée AK stayed in Germany for 23,000 euros. Additionally, Be Happy was bought by an Austrian for 10,000 euros, and Follow the Sun was secured by a Hungarian bidder for 8,000 euros.
