Empowering Future Leaders: The Pontotoc County 4-H Ambassador Program

The Pontotoc County 4-H Ambassador team provides a valuable platform for younger members, aged 11-13, to develop leadership skills and prepare for future roles within the organization. Selection for the ambassador positions is based on applications and interviews, ensuring that candidates are well-suited for the responsibilities.

One of the newly appointed ambassadors is Paisley Ashcraft, a member of the Homeschool 4-H Club. This year marks her first term as an ambassador, where she will engage in various projects related to art, sheep, and horses. Paisley is the daughter of Zack and Kenzie Ashcraft, highlighting the community involvement that often accompanies 4-H participation.

Overall, the ambassador program aims to cultivate leadership qualities in young members, fostering their growth and encouraging active participation in community and organizational activities.
