Eema’s Escape is a gentle 30-year-old palomino mare who was found abandoned in a state park and has since been rescued and cared for by Days End Farm Horse Rescue. Now part of DEFHR’s Guardian Program, Eema’s care expenses are tax-deductible. Though her riding days are over, she is a calm, kind companion perfect for beginner handlers and children, thriving in peaceful environments where she can enjoy slow walks and affectionate attention.
The ASPCA Right Horse initiative, which promotes horse adoption through its online platform The Right Horse Initiative, features Eema as the Adoptable Horse of the Week. This program aims to increase horse adoptions across the U.S. by connecting potential adopters with horses in need. Interested individuals can learn more or inquire about adopting Eema by visiting Days End Farm Horse Rescue or the ASPCA Right Horse website.
