Dwayne Johnson Sells Georgia Equestrian Estate at $3.3 Million Loss Despite Venice Film Festival Success

Dwayne Johnson recently experienced a financial loss on his real estate investment after selling his 48-acre equestrian estate in Powder Springs, Georgia, for $6.1 million—$3.3 million less than the $9.49 million he paid in 2019. The luxurious property, featuring a 15,000-square-foot main residence, a 12-stall barn, resort-style pool, fenced pastures, and a professional riding arena, was initially listed at $7.5 million and later reduced before the final sale. Despite purchasing the estate through an LLC, Johnson is listed as the sole owner.

The estate’s equestrian amenities likely appealed to Johnson’s daughter Jasmine, who is passionate about horseback riding. Johnson has expressed pride in her dedication to the sport, sharing moments of her involvement on social media. While the Georgia property was a significant investment, Johnson’s primary residence remains a $27.8 million home in Beverly Hills, purchased in 2021.
