Two new equestrian-themed retailers, Dover Saddlery and Equine Instincts, are set to open stores in 2026 at The Shoppes Off 80th, an outdoor shopping complex at the World Equestrian Center (WEC) in Ocala. Equine Instincts will offer equestrian-inspired art, nature and wildlife fine art, and home décor in a 6,310-square-foot space, while Dover Saddlery, the largest omni-channel equestrian retailer in the U.S., will provide boot, helmet, and show coat fittings with expert advisors. The Shoppes Off 80th will feature over two dozen retailers across 80,000 square feet, located near the recently opened Riding Academy Hotel and the upcoming Equestrian Manor event center.
Other confirmed tenants include well-known brands like Ariat, LeMieux, Brick City Flowers, and Roberts’ Wine Shop, offering a range of equestrian apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. Ariat will occupy a 7,586-square-foot space, selling footwear and apparel for equestrian and outdoor activities, while LeMieux specializes in riding clothes and horse tack. The development aims to create a comprehensive retail destination catering to the equestrian community and visitors at the WEC.
