The DeKalb County Fair has announced its 2025 royalty following interviews with 14 youth candidates from the county’s 4-H and Clover Kids programs. Damian Prado of the Wranglers 4-H Club was named king and currently serves as president of the DeKalb County 4-H Council. Addy Schuman, representing the Rising Stars 4-H Club and known for raising and exhibiting goats, was crowned queen. Other royalty titles include Ty Braunecker as prince and Cora Ray as princess, both from the Wranglers 4-H Club, with Braunecker recognized for his woodworking and Ray for showing horses.
Additionally, Clover Kids royalty were selected with Hagan Rogers named Clover Prince and Evelyn Hangley as Clover Princess, both members of the Wranglers Clover Kids group who recently participated in Clover Kid Camp. The selections highlight the involvement and achievements of young participants in various agricultural and creative activities ahead of the fair’s upcoming events.
