4-H youth from Crow Wing County actively participated in several Minnesota State Fair events, showcasing their skills in horse, dog, and animal exhibitions. At the Minnesota 4-H State Horse Show, over 680 youths competed, with Crow Wing County members earning multiple top placements in various horse riding and drill team categories. In the Minnesota 4-H State Dog Show, seven county youths competed in agility, obedience, and showmanship events, achieving several champion and reserve champion titles. Additionally, Crow Wing County 4-Hers exhibited livestock and small animals such as beef, dairy, goats, rabbits, sheep, poultry, and llamas, earning numerous ribbons and awards.
Beyond animal competitions, 30 Crow Wing County youths participated in diverse categories at the 2025 Minnesota State Fair 4-H Building, including Share the Fun, Foods & Nutrition, Needle Arts, Crafts, Photography, Creative Writing, and more. Many received blue and green ribbons, with some earning grand champion honors and community impact recognition. These achievements highlight the broad talents and dedication of Crow Wing County 4-H members across a wide range of agricultural and creative disciplines.
