The Clinton County Fair in Mackeyville is set to begin tomorrow and run through August 2, featuring a prominent 4-H Exhibit that occupies half of the 4-H & Open Show Exhibits building. Managed by Donna Wech and Barb Forshey, the exhibit showcases a variety of 4-H projects, information, and giveaways. Throughout the fair, 4-H youth will actively participate by showing their dairy and beef cows, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, and horses.
In addition to the livestock events, the fair includes other community activities such as the Clinton County Fair Princess Contest, which will have 22 contestants competing. The fair serves as a vibrant gathering for local families and youth to celebrate agriculture, community involvement, and tradition.
