Chrissy Miller, a lifelong horse enthusiast from Glenwood, Iowa, has been involved in horse showing since her youth through 4-H and FFA. Now balancing a full-time banking job and family life, she continues to compete, currently showing a two-year-old Paint horse named Fern, which she bred and raised herself. Miller competes in all-around events and has been active on the show circuit since April, including appearances at the Iowa State Fair.
With a degree in equestrian science and administration from William Woods University, Miller applies her education and growing experience to her horses. She values the friendships and challenges that come with horse showing more than trophies, and she hopes to advance to larger competitions in the future, investing heavily in Fern as a key part of her equestrian ambitions.
