A child was injured in a horse-riding accident in Ohatchee, Alabama, around 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Emergency responders from Piedmont Rescue provided immediate triage and stabilization before arranging air transport to Children’s Hospital via Survival Flight.
The Ohatchee Police Department praised the coordinated efforts of all personnel involved and requested the community to keep the child’s family in their thoughts and prayers.
